Since the league voted to start our dynasty league with a short season in basketball and hockey, the constitution needed to be updated. The following changes have occurred due to this voting.
- Rule 12.G.iiii has become Rule 12.G.v.
- Rule 12.G.v has become Rule 12.G.vi
- New Rule 12.G.iiii was added stating the following: "For basketball and hockey: a player's eligibility is based off the beginning of the NBA and NHL seasons due to the league starting for a short season. For example, Ja Morant would not be eligible at the start of the league's free agency if it used his current stats. Instead his stats would look to the beginning of the year so he would have 0 games in the NBA making him eligible for rookie bidding."
